These classes are inclusive seated dance & movement classes developed for the community. Suitable for children, teens, adults and the elderly & those with long term health conditions. Enabling participants to maintain flexibility, muscle strength & well-being whilst seated. Benefits include stress reduction, aiding flexibility, toning and fitness & helping boost the immune system.
