You don’t have to wield heavy equipment at the gym to be active and get fit. Thanks to our brand-new bodyweight workout plans, you will be able to:
- Train in the comfort of your own home

- Get creative with your at-home fitness routines

Whether you prefer the positive atmosphere at the gym or you’d rather train in the comfort of your own space, we have a workout plan that suits your preference, allowing you to:

Good nutrition and physical activity go hand in hand when it comes to achieving your fitness goals and maintaining your results, that’s why your FitHub membership will also include:

- Bespoke FitHub recipes tailored to your nutrition plan

How The FitHub Coaching Works
Ready to ditch all your excuses and start working towards your dream body?. Here’s what’s going to happen when you sign up to The FitHub:
- You will complete a confidentional lifestyle questionnaire which will give us an insight into You and will be used as the corner stone to develop your program.
- There will be a video call either via Teams or Zoom where we can get to know each other a bit more.
- Next you will gain access to your personalised training portal, either via our website, Android or iOS app.
- This will be followed by your first training plan in your program, the exercise video library.
- The training plans, coupled with the video library, are specially designed so that you can train independently at home or in your preferred gym.
- You will receive a new training plan every four weeks which will progress towards your goals.
- All that’s left to do is for you to put in the hard work and watch the new You develop.
- Our in-app messaging ensures that we're here to offer support throughout.
This service is best suited to situations where our in person classes are not possible. The FitHub workouts compliment both our live classes and our at home live classes. This is a subscription service and may be cancelled with four weeks notice in writing.
