Our Mission Statement

Our Mission Statement

Gym In Motion, founded in 2008, is a pioneer in the field of holistic fitness and wellbeing solutions. Catering to a wide demographic, including clients over 55, those with learning difficulties, and people with physical disabilities, our services go beyond mere physical fitness. We believe in a comprehensive approach, focusing on physical, mental, and social activities, thus promoting intellectual fitness, a unique blend of physical and cognitive fitness. Our aim is to provide our clients with benefits that translate into their everyday life.

As a community-based business, we are deeply committed to sustainability. We strive to use sustainable materials and practices, partnering with ethical suppliers, and investing in technologies that lessen our impact on the environment.

Our trainers are at the heart of Gym In Motion. Each one is industry-qualified, dementia-friendly, fully insured, and DBS screened. We believe in continuous learning and our trainers are committed to staying updated with the latest research. We are proud to source our trainers from the communities they serve, thus reinvesting in local communities.

Quality and safety are paramount in all our services. All our classes and programs are developed centrally by industry-qualified trainers to ensure adherence to the highest safety standards. Our classes cover balance, stability, muscle strengthening, cognitive skills, flexibility, and intellectual stimulation, offering benefits in everyday life. We also provide the GRASP and FAME stroke rehabilitation programs. Our services are suitable for individuals, care homes, independent living venues, healthcare providers, and local governments.
